Students
-
- The IT Services Student Account provides students with
a University e-mail address and access to IT facilities (including IT Services computer
workstations, printing etc.), and to other resources available on the university campus network.
University students can apply online for an IT Services Student Account.
- Registration for use of Departmental Computer Labs & Resources.
This account enables use of departmental facilities managed by the IT Services that are reserved for departmental use.
Students should have an IT Services Student Account before they submit this form.
ITS-F02
- Revocation of Use of IT Services Facilities & Refund of Printing
Credits. This form should be completed by students opting to withdraw from using IT Services facilities (including
IT Services computer workstations, printing etc.) to obtain refund of unused printing credits prior to the end of their
course of studies at University. This form should be presented in person at
IT Services Reception.
ITS-F17
- Registration for an IT Services Student Web Account.
This account enables hosting of static web pages on university servers. Students should have an IT Services
Student Account before they submit this form.
ITS-F25


- Staff with a University Council appointment

- Registration for an IT Services User Id &
E-mail Account. This account enables use of a university e-mail address. Staff who do
not have a University Council appointment should complete the Visiting Staff
application form.
ITS-F03
- Registration for an IT Services Labs Account.
This account enables use of the IT Services computers & printing facilities on campus.
Members of staff should have an IT Services User Id or submit ITS-F03 form together with
this form.
ITS-F04
- Registration for use of Departmental
Computer Labs & Resources. This account enables use of departmental facilities
managed by the IT Services that are reserved for departmental use. Members of staff should
have an IT Services User Id or submit ITS-F03 form together with this form.
ITS-F02
- Registration for an IT Services Dial-up
Account. This account enables home access to university e-mail & Internet.
Members of staff should have an IT Services User Id or submit ITS-F03 form together with
this form.
ITS-F05
- Registration for an IT Services Web
Account. This account enables hosting of web pages on university servers.
Members of staff should have an IT Services User Id or submit ITS-F03 form together with
this form.
ITS-F06


- Visiting Staff*

- The IT Services Visiting Staff Account
provides visiting staff with a University e-mail address and access to IT Services facilities
(including IT Services computer workstations, printing etc.) and to other resources available on
the university campus network.
ITS-F20
- *The term "Visiting Staff" here refers to any
University staff not holding a University Council appointment.

use of a university e-mail address and hosting of society web pages on university servers.
